Example of Customized Eight-Week Training Program


Session One:
Understanding the Five Attitudes a Client goes through during the course of a sale (most Sales Managers do Not know these specific attitudes and how to overcome them), the10 ways of Gaining favorable attention, Creating Rapport, Overcoming Rejection, Questioning Techniques, finding Primary Interest and Dominate Buying Motive, creating interest, review personal goals and objective to prepare Mind Map Movie

The major purpose of Session One is to Increase your comfort zone by practicing techniques of Human Relations, Communications, Memory, and specific Sales Techniques. We will work on how to open the sales by getting to know the prospect and what their needs are, thus you know the “what they want” and “how to help them get it”.


Session Two:
Your Chief Aim, Achieving Goals and Objectives, Time Management, the 7 Steps of Planning, Marketing for Success, Creating Personal MindMap Movie I, Dream Poster Development

To get to where you want to be, one has to know where you are now, where you want to be, and then create a map and plan of action to get there. Visualization helps tap the Subconscious Mind. Your Customized Mind Map Movie is the quickest and most effective way to positively affect change by using the proper pictures, written statements, visual imagery, music that moves you and subliminal affirmations. This is the most powerful training available...along with controlling your thoughts and creating more power in them, among other things.


Session Three:
Tapping into your Subconscious Mind, Creating Desire in Clients, Brain Waves, Stress Reduction, Alpha Thinking, Letting go of the past, a look at sex transmutation.

Your brain goes through four different levels of Brain Wave Activity; Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta. Each level has activity linked to it. You will be trained to work in Alpha/Theta Thinking, which is Scientifically proven to be the areas of your Subconscious, Supra-conscious, Healing, etc. When in a Alpha/Theta State of Mind, working directly with your Subconscious, you will then watch your Customized Mind Map Movie, this will program your subconscious specifically to achieve results you want Now, to the Subconscious there is No Time Factor. This is very cool, and gives me goose bumps every time I talk about it.


Session Four:
How our brain works, Creative thinking, Creative visualization, IWWCW create WOW, use of Alpha Thinking, MindMap Movies II – with a Special Proprietary Way of Watching Your Personalized Movie of your Perfect Life in the Alpha/Theta State of Mind. Very Cool.

Learning how to work with your Mind, with your Habits of Thought, Controlling Your Thinking, Mastering Your Mind Set - your Thoughts, Words and Deeds, your Emotions, your Moods and Attitudes, and how to create more Power in your Thoughts.All leading to Conscious Deliberate Instantaneous Manifestation.

Do this 2-3 times a day and you will create faster long lasting results.


Session Five:
Prospect attitudes: Specialized knowledge, Conviction Step, consultant selling,

client management, Overcoming objections, Advanced rapport building

Use your knowledge of the company and mortgage programs to show the prospect you can get them to where they want to be, smoke out hidden objections, create genuine and lasting rapport, Time management and client management systems.


Session Six:
Overcoming Procrastination by Creating Desire, Up Selling, Cross Selling, Trial Closes, Closing techniques, Successful MasterMind Groups, How to Conduct more Profitable and Productive Power meetings

To create desired results we have to know, by using the proper rapport building and questioning techniques, what the prospects current As Is situation is, what their challenges/problems are, AND what their Could Be/Should Be/ Want to Be Situation is and their Desires are - their Primary Interest and Dominate Buying Motive. We use this knowledge to show them how they will benefit from working with you and the Plan of Action you developed, based on this information, to get them from where they are now to where they want to be. We will also work on developing a Master Mind and working with this group.


Session Seven:
Organizing, Will Power, Determination, Faith, PMA – how to keep and maintain a Peak Mental State, Cosmic Habit Force, Concentration, Focus of Thought - Creating more Power in Your Thoughts

How to plan, organize, develop and increase your Will Power, maintain a Peak Mental State, and more.


Session Eight:
Putting it all together, the complete sales process, developing and using your 6th sense.We will look at where to go from here. What is our true purpose. Commitment to future goals and objectives, Advanced MasterMind Group structure. more productive and profitable meetings, and more.

Making sure all aspects of the training are working for you and you are achieving your personal goals and objectives. We will work on future Master Mind Group activities, and look at the Perfect Future…Your Perfect Future, How to continue to Create It and How to have fun and excitement while doing so.
